Wedding Venue Project
The client, objective, brief and project team
Client: The Managing Director Port Lympne Wild Animal Park, Kent, UK
Objective: Having identified the key target audience, the photoshoot was the final stage of the project to launch the recently converted, Livingstone Cottage to add to the accommodation portfolio at Port Lympne.
Brief: Following a storyboard, this aspect of the project was to support the launch of the recently converted holiday cottage by portraying a bride and her bridal party getting ready on site. The aim was to support the wedding venue business before the 4-star hotel opening.
Initial project: The Wedding Owl was responsible for gutting the cottage, selecting and working with the building contractors to stay on budget and deliver the project on time, styling and decorating of the entire cottage inside and out, appointing a specialist chef and Rangers to deliver a five-star private and intimate overnight experience. Then to launch the cottage, setting up a styled shoot to enable prospective couples to see where the bride would get ready and where the couple could stay the night after their wedding in the Port Lympne Mansion.
